Information we collect

When you enroll in a course we collect your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number, along with the payment receipt or screenshot you upload to confirm your transaction. If you message us through the contact form, we collect the name, email and message you provide. Once you're learning, we also record basic progress data — which lessons you've opened and completed — so your dashboard can show where you left off.

How we use it

• To verify your payment and confirm your enrollment
• To create your student account and email your login details
• To respond to support and contact requests
• To track your course progress inside the learning portal
• To send enrollment-related updates, such as confirmation that access has been granted

Payment receipts & manual verification

Because enrollment is verified manually rather than through an automated payment gateway, your uploaded receipt is reviewed by a staff member before access is granted. Receipts are stored securely on our servers and are only ever viewed by an administrator handling enrollments — they are never sold, published, or shared beyond what's needed to confirm your payment.

Data retention

We keep enrollment and progress records for as long as your account remains active, so that your lifetime access continues to work correctly. Rejected or duplicate payment receipts are retained only as long as needed to resolve the enrollment, then removed.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run the platform — for example, to send transactional emails (such as your login details and enrollment confirmations) and to host uploaded files. These providers only receive the minimum information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms from abuse (such as CSRF tokens). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that your account and associated data be deleted, at any time, by reaching out through our contact form. We'll confirm and action reasonable requests promptly.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
